When you DMCA them DMCA the host, the domain registrar and everything you can including the ad spots that you can.

Everyone will reply that its none of their business but the host.

But they have been notified they are working with a pirate and that helps down the line at lawsuit time.

I usually find a stolen image or 2 in the ad banner. I always hit the ad banner at a publisher co or content co.

The funny thing is most of these guys are reselling the hits clicks unique's back to porn guys. Honestly, these stolen content guys are packaging up traffic and sending it out to some place or another. The traffic is scrubbed and sent on its way.
