Need help updating website (uploading, writing, thumbs, social media, etc)
 

Hello,

I need help updating content and posting on social media. The tasks include the following:
- downloading and uploading content
- taking screenshots and making thumbs
- writing good descriptions, keywords, making good titles
- converting certain media from .flv to .mp4 format
- posting on social media

Two important qualities that I'm looking for are that you must be a good writer, and that you can make very good thumbs.
