Payoneer is officially a SCAM ?

OK so i have some money on my payoneer account.
And instead of taking that money through ATM, i'd like to use the "withdraw to your bank account" feature. And you can't really take out $25k from the ATM anyway.

Each time i contact payoneer, they will give me different excuses as to why I can NOT withdraw my money to my bank account :

Thank you for contacting us about our Withdraw to Bank Service. Unfortunately this service is not supported through your main paying company. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Sophie
Customer Service

OR

The Withdraw to Bank Service is unfortunately unavailable for your Payoneer Account. We're working hard to have it available for more Payoneer account holders in the future, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sincerely, Payoneer Customer Support

So i have $25k stuck in Payoneer which i can not do anything with.
Seriously Payoneer i sincerely hope this post will help figuring something out...

Anyone having the same issues ? If so, how have you deal with this shit ?

incredibleworkethic 09-20-2015 11:53 AM

$25,000?

Holy fuck.

PorN-LinK 09-20-2015 12:02 PM

Do you have a business account?

Maxxx9000 09-20-2015 12:53 PM

Why the hell would you even use Payoneer for that kind of money??

Nicky 09-20-2015 01:02 PM

I guess you'll have to hit the ATM daily. My account has a $2500 daily ATM withdrawal limit, not sure if it's the same with yours.

L-Pink 09-20-2015 01:04 PM

too much in that type account

Adraco 09-20-2015 01:10 PM

What sponsor did you create the account with at the start???

Payoneer is really dumb that way, that whomever you started with, their rules and conditions will apply to your entire account, such as fees, limits and what services are permitted. So if you started with a bad sponsor, who only signed up for Payoneer's basic service package, then you pay higher fees than I do and you get fewer services.

It is not the same rules, fees, conditions or services for all Payoneer users.
Not all accounts are created equal.

Could he create another account with a better sponsor, transfer the money, and withdraw that way?

I have never used the service.

Interesting. Can you advise which program to sign up through?

Adraco 09-20-2015 02:35 PM

I got mine via AWE and have never had issues with not being able to use said services. There are some sponsors who offers even better deals with lower fees for the affiliate than AWE but I can't name anyone on the top of my head.

bns666 09-20-2015 02:39 PM

nothing mentioned makes them a scam.

they are good service.

Yes the service is ok but hey, when you advertise publicly on your site : payoneer.com/WithdrawToBank.aspx and that features is in the MAIN MENU for everyone to see, and you are NOT actually offering that feature, well.... i call that "scam"

PornN link : i have not seen any business/personal account on Payoneer, i believe it's only on Paxum

indeed payoneer is stupid in this casew , last time i asked about something simmilar and they said your sponsor does not allow you to withdraw funds to specific country. and i was like , why the fuck sponsor decides where i can withdraw my hard earned money ?

Barry-xlovecam 09-21-2015 09:18 AM

They refuse to give the man his money. That's a scam.

Why does it even matter which program he opened his account with? He has money in the Payoneer system. He must be able to withdraw that money.

Exactly. What the fuck kind of bullshit is that?

Adraco 09-21-2015 10:40 AM

It's funny how people don't seem to understand how Payoneer works.

You can't signup yourself to Payoneer, but have to signup via a sponsoring program. The sponsoring program is the ones that cover your fees, how else would Payoneer be able to give you a card for free?? So you're really not a direct customer to Payoneer, you are really signed up under the sponsoring program. So you are more of a client to the sponsoring program signing you up for Payoneer, than a direct customer/client to Payoneer. And because of that, your account is controlled by the terms agreed between your sponsoring program and Payoneer.

Well, in all fairness, not even all sponsoring programs decide to cover the initial card fee for you, so if unlucky you even have to pay for the card that most get for free because their sponsoring program decided to cover the fee for you.

He can withdraw the money, just not with quite as many options as most of us else can, because we signed up to Payoneer via a more generous sponsoring program.

As always, I am amazed at how little people on GFY seems to know about services and things they use. Just because one service works a certain way (think Paxum), does not mean a similar service will work exactly the same way (think Payoneer). And just because public opinion say one thing, does not make Payoneer work that way. People should really try reading what they actually sign up for and not just make assumptions of what, how and when.

I'd like to quote what I have had in my signature since around 2009:
"The truth is not affected by the beliefs, or doubts, of the majority."

SekobA 09-21-2015 01:38 PM

I dont use them, fees are very high
