Why facebook?

They do not allow adult content. Twitter and tumblr is very nice for the adult sites.

You can as well try the "russian facebook" vkontakte, they allow any adult contents, and it can bring you alot of traffic.

I had more than a million of FB fans in adult pages. Don't try to build it. You will most likely eventually lose it. Start with Twitter or Tumlbr.

Exactly, beside that it is a way easier to gain adult traffic on twitter or tumblr.
