Any Runners Here?

I just ran a sub 8 min mile today for the 1st time. I was pretty happy with that.

How about you guys, any hardcore runners here?

Not hardcore, but I'm in Track and Field. I run about 4 miles a day + training exercises.

I used to... gonna get back into it... used to run about 6 miles a day, when I played tennis hardcore.

best time was 5:57.. =P
