Paxum Replacement

Hi All,

We have had two $10,000 transfers to Paxum "disappear" and we have no answers to multiple inquires to them.

We regularly pay affiliates and contractors through Paxum, and this is now out of hand with $20,000 into a black hole.

Obviously there is a major issue, and I'm not sending anything more to Paxum until my account is credited and there is a full explanation, but my accounting department just asked me if I knew of any alternative e-wallets that we can get onboard with.

Do any of you have any suggestions for a good replacement for Paxum, assuming that they are in the process of going under and we have to switch? I need to start lining something up right away to stay current on our payments.

Thanks for any help!

Payoneer never had one single problem

no updating info bullshit 24/7 , no issues

yuu.design 09-16-2015 01:18 PM

payoneer ;)

+1 for Payoneer. Both have their pros and cons, and I can only base it on my own experience. But for me, the difference with Payoneer (especially as it pertained to card renewal) has been like night and day compared to my Paxum experience. And, of course, it always works on weekends for me :)

Mediamix 09-16-2015 01:29 PM

20K and no answer? Wow... Fuck Paxum. I stopped using them a long time ago.

Hi there,

I have been in touch with your accounting department about your two missing wires. I emailed you yesterday and twice already today. Please check with your accounting team again to confirm that you are NOT in fact missing $20,000 USD.

Neither wire has arrived yet, and today I asked your accounting team to check with your bank to see if they were returned to you.

If you weren't aware, there was a problem with the receipt of one of your wires due to your company sending from a PO Box. We corrected that situation with your accounting team, and they sent a new wire.

Due to the fact your payouts were overdue, we credited the funds from one of the pending wires to your Paxum account before we received the wire. In fact we still haven't received that wire, and your Paxum payouts did go out.

Saying that you assume we are going under when we have been in contact with you, and we have even advanced you $10,000 USD from our own pocket, is rather unfair and dramatic.

If you believe the wires are in a black hole, we highly recommend that you RECALL the wires through your bank.

Thanks

How can a wire come from a PO Box?

Maybe you should fix all the other problems too..
Paxum is working hard to get a bad reputation. :2 cents:

Through the address associated with the bank account the wire was sent from.

My apologies. I do confirm that we were credited for the first wire, though my acct. dept. tells me that several email inquires into the second wire have been unanswered.

I will ask them to check again in light of your post.

By "Black Hole" I mean that the money is gone from our account since Thursday and does not appear to be anywhere. If you are in touch with our accounting dept. then I'm sure you've advised them to recall the wires.

FYI, we have not changed our transfer process in the many years we have worked with Paxum, so it is strange that our transfers are suddenly not arriving - as millions of dollars have arrived previously using the same process. But nonetheless, I appreciate your efforts to help resolve the missing funds.

Bump for PAXUM sending YOU a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR ADVANCE...clearly you have done a shit ton of business with them, and aren't a small time guy (like me!), and for them to front you THAT kind of cash so that you could make your affiliate payments, or whatever the hell, would pretty much say that they aren't going belly up...

Perhaps you should triple check your shit before you make a typical rant thread that people do when they over react...
:2 cents: (because I can't send $10,000, LOL!)

Yes, your point is well taken. I had been misinformed, and I got a deserved smackdown lol

Just to be clear, I was not 'poking at you', and I hope (and it looks like) you didn't take it that way. :thumbsup:winkwink:

I had a wire go missing, and Paxum provided the details needed to track it down from my bank end.

If my bank did not contact me immediately about 20K I'd go ape shit.

If you read this thread I asked a question in it... it was how does a PO Box send a wire?
I already knew the answer to the question and Ruth confirmed it... they scrubbed the wire based on address of bank account holders address and I suppose rejected the first wire.

That.... Is.... Fucking.... Stupid.

Paxum has some kind of MASSIVE scrub and the only people that this scrub hurts is account holders. In fact, it actually makes it easier for people to scam paxum account holders because by the time a legit account holder can verify they are legit, the scammers are long gone.

It's fucking ridiculous what you people will tolerate as far as your money goes.

And the OP confirmed my suspicions... he has made MILLIONS of transactions in the past with the SAME BANK ACCOUNT information and not until now did it get scrubbed. Why in the mother fuck would any banking, money passing, organization do that to a long time customer?

Before you get all fucking self righteous remember this... the money that is sent through wire or any other means IS YOUR FUCKING MONEY! Demand that the money in question is tracked properly and anything short of that is NOT acceptable.

Glad it all worked out though :thumbsup

Choice bank made some adjustments recently, and as a result they will no longer accept any incoming wires from a PO Box. That is why the previous wire problem for this client was encountered. We were not advised about this change in advance.

All funds sent through wire transfer can be traced by the remitting bank at any time, or recalled if requested by the customer before the funds arrive to their destination. When you send funds via Wire transfer those funds should always be traceable through the banking system.

We may do a lot of business with Choice bank, but we must still follow their rules and terms of service, and if they will no longer accept incoming wires from PO Box addresses associated with the sender's bank account, then our hands are tied and we, and by extension our clients, must comply with the new rules.

Payoneer is good, mostly cam programs pay by it, but most of the sponsors I promote pay just by Paxum. Anyway, no issues with Paxum at all, so far.

CaptainHowdy 09-17-2015 03:39 PM

There's no replacement for Paxum ...

mineistaken 09-17-2015 05:55 PM

I love it how OP writes about "missing" 20K in such a casual way :)

Dead 09-17-2015 06:37 PM

Ruth = Paxums life support, well played on all accounts ;)

That was a top notch response for sure. Her original response to OP could have been a bit better but who really cares.

When push comes to shove and you don't get answers for days about where your money is, it pisses people off. That is obviously what happened and people do not just bring threads to the boards without a certain level of frustration.

I will never get Paxum because there are not enough "Ruth's" in that setup. I have read enough to know to stay away. I have the luxury of that option because I have many other means for paying, and getting paid. Others do not. Just stand your ground though and I disagree with the comments in this thread that OP jumped the gun... he did exactly what he should have.
