Please be aware that it is a Paxum TOS violation to do any Bitcoin business through Paxum.

What about exchanges in general?

3.6 Exchange services (business or personal) are responsible for their KYC, and are held responsible for all incoming and outgoing transactions. Funds present in any account at any time are always the responsibility of the account owner and should be aware of their origin/provenance as he is responsible for their legitimacy. Paxum reserves the right to reverse transactions and seize funds in cases of proven fraud.

amp31 10-01-2015 08:51 PM

At Paxum even credit cards are illegel, you can not load your account with them. WTF Paxum?

masterut 10-01-2015 09:04 PM

Fris please check emails...

jimmycastor 10-02-2015 12:53 AM

the problem is not paxum, its the card issuing companies,
visa and mc wouldnt be required any more if bitcoin becomes mainstrean

of course they are not going to support their own doomsday

Mr Pheer 10-02-2015 01:10 AM

LoL you guys brought out the Paxum Police

Internet Guy 10-28-2015 01:16 AM

Bump.

Hey Fris, are you still stealing peoples money in exchange for Paxum?

I think you should pay my friend back. This is a warning for anybody out there considering doing business with this "Fris" character.

AlexFS 10-28-2015 01:56 AM

Please everyone be aware dealing with Fris. Would advise against trusting him at this time. Simply does not deliver BTC as promised after receiving his payment.

Internet Guy 10-28-2015 04:02 AM

Looks like he ripped of more than just 1 person, interesting.

Anybody else get BS excuses after Fris accepted money to his Paxum account, supposedly in exchange for BTC? I wonder if Paxum will close his account for attempting to sell BTC for Paxum?

Internet Guy 10-28-2015 06:10 PM

*cough* theif

fuzebox 10-28-2015 07:37 PM

Hi fris, you owe me 24 bitcoins. Do what you have to do and pay me back.

This is the way it works: Fris promises you BTC for Paxum.

You send him Paxum.

He feeds you an excuse as to why the BTC wasn't sent. Obvious bullshit, as it would be easy to prove if what he was claiming actually happened. Hours, days, maybe even weeks pass. After a while he might start responding to you again, if you persist. You must waste a lot of your time begging for your money back if you want to see it again. All this time he's holding your money, and you're holding a piss-poor excuse as to why he couldn't send your BTC.

You have to beg for your money back, threaten exposing him on the boards, you might get your money back in small chunks - if you're lucky. You have to keep begging him to keep the trickle of repayments coming. He still hasn't made good on his deal, he just borrowed your money and then gave it back in tiny little chunks. (with a GREAT deal of effort begging the sleazy shit)

So yeah, based on that experience I would strongly advise not doing business with this individual.

As a business man, he is a joke at best, bordering on a complete fraud.

jscott 10-29-2015 07:01 AM

I waited the first day, you made mistake

Then you said i'll be paid tuesday, then it passed

and now it's thursday

.... i hope you are not assuming I have a fake nick, bcos i dont. I have never had time or desire to be a fake nick loser like DL

will just say this.... and you know it, I have been patient, very very patient. And once i'm paid back $, u can probably agree that is still pretty messed up, and unfair towards me.

anyways..... waiting... (exactly 2 weeks now)

Surprised at Fris if this all true...

The person asking for the exchange should send the money first - Seems obvious.....

Fris went broke two years ago and just started scamming people on GFY to pay his bills. He owes a lot of people (including myself), who don't come forward because he is a well known poster who used to have a good reputation.

It runs in the family...

Bitcoin is not a currency, it's a commodity.

exactly. :2 cents:

shiraz9944 06-25-2016 04:34 PM

seriously guys go to paxful, you can exchange any currently for anything, with a small fee and it's instant and it goes into an escrow so there is no risk. It's really a nice feature.

jscott 06-25-2016 09:18 PM

My honest take on this... i would never do business or exchange with Fris, not in a million years. He's not a scammer.... but definitely a different perspective on what his priorities are.

brassmonkey 06-25-2016 10:20 PM
