Why does the EU even have border laws?
 

So basically those going about entering the EU legally will be checked, stamped and re-stamped on exit.

But mingrants are allowed to come 800,000 strong from countries on the EU watchlist... claim free money, home, education etc.

What about those millions of people applying who are doing it legally? I guarantee you many of them come from bad situations.

So now the ones doing it legally get pushed further down the line because now it's hip to care about migrants?

Remove the borders then. Especially when you refuse to protect it from countries who you would normally pre-deny entry in the first place.

The laws only apply to EU citizens and chosen countries.

Removing borders might cause some stir about what belongs to who; inside EU I mean.

I guess you mean the rights, the laws apply for everyone within jurisdiction.

There are some exemptions for sure.

There are no state borders to cross within the USA.
You can travel between states freely after US Customs admits you.
Only international borders exist. Territoriality, on land, Mexico and Canada.

Visas are routinely granted at the borders between the USA/Mexico/Canada however a USA/Mexico/Canada Passport Card/Passport book is needed now.

What COMPLETELY worries me is how majority of media are reporting it as if majority of people are there with wide open arms welcoming the migrants with "WELCOME" signs.... And how everyone should do their part.

They are pushing it on the people that it's like welcoming grandpa at the airport. Really REALLY scary if you ask me.

On top of it I saw in Germany how the government banned several nationalist marches (even after trying to relocate to different cities. But of course they are allowing the pro migrant marches.

To me it is clear what message they are trying to force on citizens. And when they are trying to force a message it shows there is something REALLY scary around the corner.

What I wonder is, how do these people get from where they are, to Hungary, Austria and Germany ? Its a pretty long way away ? Why don they just stay in Turkey for instance ?

Because they are not war refugees like scum, media claims, but illegal economical migrants. Turkey is not rich enough for them to leech from.

Same reason Guatemalans come to the United States and not Mexico.
