anyone from Texas?-my cuz was shot and killed
 

my cousin was shot last night in Texas,and i havnt been able to get a hold of my relatives to find out the whole story.
he was only 21 :(
if anyone in Texas knows of this shooting,please reply.

Texas is BIG state... Bigger than France... A little more info might help... I'm in Tx. but that doesn't mean your cousin wasn't killed 1300miles from here...

Sad to hear about your cuz. Not to give you false hope or anything, I live in Texas and know a few 21 yo Justins. Do you know what city? Is it around the D/FW area?

he was from San Antonio,and our family still doesnt know exactly what happened.We know that he got shot,but not sure how and why.
He did come from a very wealthy family,so i would imagine he lived in a nice part of San Antonio.
if anyone in that area could find out,i would greatly appreciate it.

i just found out that they did an autopsy today,and wont know the results fro few days,but the police do have someone in costudy,and he claims,they were just " hangin out and playing with a gun" untill it accidenlty went off,and shot my cousn right in the chest.
i just dont bleive that guns go off accidently,since there are safety clips on most guns.
anyays if the shooting was intentional,im really glad they have the death penalty in Texas.
im off too Texas tomorow morning for the funeral :(

unfortunately, with poor handling, miseducation, maintenance or oversight, guns can go off "accidently". it's generally oversight by a forgetful or miseducated user.

this is a good promotion for gun safety training. again, truly my condolences.
