PAXUM ( Ruth or Chris ) - An explanation please ! Why do you ignore this issue ?
This is beyond rudeness and in fact, contempt for loyal Paxum users.
The thread : https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-pr...xum-error.html has NEVER had a reply from Ruth or Chris at Paxum. In fact, there is another thread with a reply from Chris advising the issue ( when it first appeared ) had been addressed - obviously not. Emails to Paxum are ignored. Enough is enough. The question : What is the issue that causes every weekend for 24 hours + for Paxum to not be able to give a Mastercard balance and for funds to not be able to be transferred from Checking to Mastercard account ? I will bump this thread daily until an official reply is given. It is beyond a joke now. I am glad I gave up and use Payoneer, but my fucking God, there are Paxum users on this thread that deserved a reply weeks ago and suspiciously no solid answer has been forthcoming. |
My guess is they run some kind of cron on weekends due to smaller amounts of transactions since most business are closed, and this cron is causing database table locks, which in turn make queries from customer actions queue and up and causes all these timeouts and 502 bad gateway errors...

This past year has been interesting though. This time last year, it was all Paxum (for our most common transactions -- people wanting to be paid with Pax, and people wanting to pay with pax. I'm seeing more Payoneer demand, but the big one right now for us PayPal. The same people who wanted to be paid, and wanted to pay us, In Paxum last year are overwhelming migrated to PayPal. Nothing to do with the topic, but it certainly tells me there is a shift happening). |
Oh wow, from a affiliate stand point there fine but you make it sound like a pain in the ass, personally PayPal is my fav
|
I am sure Ruth will be here any time soon.

https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-pr...xum-error.html Neither Ruth not Chris will go on record saying why this issue has been around since June. In fact we have a lie that the issue has been resolved months ago. There is more to this 502 gateway problem and why it is avoided either here on GFY among peers or by a direct email from many people asking same. If an answer is given it will NOT offer an official acknowledgement that this issue exists and has done so for months ( first post on above thread is from June ) and no definite solution will be offered or given. This is suspicious as fuck. |

There's some adult sponsors that pay out via Paypal and it rocks. |

Paypal almost always sides with the scammers in disputes. It's like their company's mission statement to fuck over honest people and reward scammers. |
This is definitely worrying.. The card not working for a short while on the weekend hasn't affected me often but I wire at least 10k if not 20k to Paxum per month, now they can't even respond to this thread? wtf? Sounds like Ruth/Chris are jumping ship.

PAXUM
we are still waiting |
We apologize for the occasional downtime for transfers from Paxum Checking to Paxum card.
Our techs are aware of the issue and they have completed some updates to minimize such downtimes to less than 15 minutes. We are monitoring the situation. With regards to the previously posted thread not being answered; all posts were made on the weekend and sometimes Chris and I are not available to monitor GFY on the weekends. We apologize that the linked thread was not answered when it was originally posted. |

Thumbs up to Paxum.
They have started sending scheduled downtime notices by email. I truly believe they are trying to do the right thing, despite criticism here. |
Taken a fuck load of time to address some basic functionality issues.
Are we to believe they didn't know till yesterday? :helpme |
