my damn dog...

won't let anyone close to me, a woman sat in my lap the other day, leaned into kiss me and damn dogs head was right there between us instantly... if a woman walks towards me he barks and jumps up and gets between us... yesterday sitting on the couch with a woman, I picked up her foot and the dog was instantly there with his face on her foot, pushing her foot away from me...

it's wild, when models stay the night he drops a bone off in the hallway outside the bedroom door that she is sleeping in... been like that for a few months now... he's very very protective of me as of late...

you guys have dogs that pull that stuff?

Babaganoosh 07-27-2015 10:27 PM

Your dog is wanting to go gay for you. You either have to talk to him and set things straight or bust out the peanut butter. Your call.

I think it's a health issue... went to the hospital in april, since then, the dog has been very very protective... wont let anyone near me and is constantly close to me... at first I couldn't figure it out. then a model told me about her aunts dog after her aunt had a heart attack... and days I don't feel very well the dog it right there next to me all day...

If you really wanted a quality response you surely would have posted on some kind of pet forum rather than gfy. You know this is the place for reposted news stories, pseudoscience and ultra right-wing trolling.

I'm a dumb fuck? I'm not the one that came to gfy asking for interspecies relationship advice.

that's a socialization issue, get him out around people more often and he will get used to the idea. a bit more common in northern regions where dogs are normally indoors more in the winter.

dogs with active 'social lives' don't get territorial. well.. other than chihuahua's..

Not that bad but my big dog refuses to lay any place in the office but right behind my chair. Problem is I have 2 computers and move from one to the other. He also insists on being IN the office.

You just have to be "hard" enough for the dog when it does that. I don't mean beating, etc., just plain commanding and pushing the dog away. It can be hard in front of a woman or in company in general, but there is no other way. If necessary tell the situation to the woman beforehand (that your dog will do something and you will command it), so that she won't get scared from your "aggression".

Dogs are pack animals and always concerned with hierarchies. As "pack leader" you have to set the status quo. If the dog acts up then you have to use what I call "Batman" voice to let the dog know that it is out of line.

You and the pooch should sign up for Ashley Madison.
