★ Established Adult Industry Blog with PR ★

Hello everyone. For those of you that don't know, I'm currently selling the adult industry blog Lukeisback.com for $6500 USD.

Lukeisback.com is an SEO experts wet dream! Besides the fact that it's a well aged domain, it is also updated often, has tons of posts dating back years and years and years with backlinks all over the place!
  1. Google PR 3/10
  2. Site Age 05/13/2004 (11 years)
  3. Alexa 364,276
  4. Site Type Adult Industry blog
  5. Platform WordPress
  6. Posts 7,091 (and growing)
  7. Comments 58,183

In addition to the normal wordpress posts, the site also includes more than 1,000 pages of the original Luke Ford Archives, including the old Luke Ford interviews and industry bios, essays and stories by Luke Ford himself.

As far as traffic goes - here is what Google analytics gives us (these are for the posts only. Google analytics isn't installed on the Luke Ford archives html pages).

January 2015 48,137 86,670
February 2015 47,149 39,765
March 2015 41,000 68,614
April 2015 27,082 47,439
May 2015 26,292 44,562
June 2015 25,701 42,793
July 2015 (so far) 32,927 83,556

Monetization: This site has barely been monetized due to me having so many other things to do (other sites, projects, etc).

However that being said, the site does make some money with banner ads, text links, and paid blog posts. The site currently makes about $150-$250 a month but if someone had time to put some effort into it, they could easily increase that.

I'm available to answer any questions, just let me know!
You can email me at KlubKelli (at) gmail.

Really?
SEO experts optimize sites, not buy them.

SE traffic is dropping tho...

For someone that does SEO you would think you would understand the value of an aged domain, all those posts, built up pr etc.

But then again, I guess everyone has their own SEO concepts.

I surely wish you luck selling your site, but it's more of a SEO nightmare, than a dream... There's a lot of work waiting to be done in terms of SEO...

$150 / month in revenues and you want 6.5k for it ?

Not sure I understand your stats, how many uniques is the site getting all across per month for the last 6 months. How much of it is SE?
Can you share Google An. access?

Why would anyone sell you a site that makes $12,000 a year for $6,500?

That's just retarded.

selling a site for its 4-8 times monthly revenue is the standard in adult.

That makes NO sense. What kind of idiot would sell a site for 4 months revenue? I'm not trying to be rude here but seriously, nobody would be that stupid.

I mean it just isn't logical to do something like that.

Why would anyone pay for potential? If that blog had any legitimate value, why would you sell it?

A few months earnings is the standard when selling a website. :2 cents:

Because I have other projects that mean more to me and take up more of my time. And that logic is really kind of silly. People sell things of value all the time - for all kinds of reasons.

Now you are just being ridiculous.
Just because someone is selling something, doesn't mean it doesn't have value to them or someone else.

Anyway I'm done debating the value of one of my websites with you. Clearly you aren't interested so it's time you moved on.

No it isn't, the website is probably over priced nut these other statements are also bullshit. If not, I'll gladly buy 10 websites making 1k/month for 6.5k each.

HowlingWulf 08-04-2015 08:31 AM

I've noticed a lot of owners will mention how much potential a site has for the new buyer and set a price based on that.

It's better to stick to it's present value.

6 months earnings seems low-end, but 10 months earnings sounds more reasonable in this biz.

pclit 08-05-2015 09:09 AM

To the OP.
The site is really worth that much for how much are you going to sell it. You may want to sell it for 20k but at the end you need to find a buyer that is willing to spend that much. In adult 6 to 12 months of revenue if you have everything well documented. Otherwise you need a lot of luck to sell it for what you want. From buyers perspective brand new three words domain could have more potential but that and only is "potential"and its really hard to monetize just that potential.

Please be careful about making any transactions with 3xmedia.

Just look at his public profile.

He is a so-called "webmaster" and he refuses to list the sites he owns.

He is a "webmaster" who posted on GFY that the sites that he operates is "none of your business".

He claims to operate 100 websites? If he operated successful sites, he wouldn't have so much time for his internet trolling.

LOL - 3Xmedia is an apparent scammer and internet troll. He seems to be also running illegal sites that he doesn't want to put in his GFY public profile.

If you check that page, you will see all the positive reviews placed by our clients as a rebuttal to the fake negative review that this internet troll appears to be responsible for.
