Starting to learn passive income.

Feels great to finally have stuff working, passively.

Anyone have any killer tips to create more passive income?

I'll start:

1. 1 Blog post has made me $3000 this year through affiliate marketing (recurring sales). Every post matters.
2. Dip into different income sources to build redundancy. One income source falls, the others back it up.

Tire Kingdom wire transfers almost $12,000 a month for more than 15 years on an escalating triple net lease. That's passive income.

This year I started working on transitioning my income to passive, but its a big mountain to climb. I'm a digital artist, so there's tons of avenues for small products for that "trickle income".

I got tired of finite income per job. Infinite is infinitely better.

Well said you two!

Revshare cams, and great niche revshare paysites ;)

Passive income is the only reason I miss adult and it makes me consider getting back in. It's so nice just getting a check, without having to always make new sales.

Basically my whole business model adult & mainstream these days. Basically bust my ass to get something going and then let it ride on auto pilot. Got a ton of small streams flowing in from affiliate sales, affiliate referrals, cams, ticket sales, domain sales, advertising etc... So alone they ain't shit but got enough going to when ya add them up pretty impressive considering they basically require zero/minimal effort to maintain. :2 cents:

Win enough to buy a decent house or apartment, and rent it.

memberships / cams def are great passive income after the hard part of building up a flow of traffic.

I make decent by making random designs when I'm high and bored using a bunch of different stores and persona's.

My entire paysite empire is built on passive income. Set and forget. Nothing better than waking up to see how much $$$ you made while sleeping. :)

Oh - and you can get in on it, too. Signup in sig and start promoting. :)

Well, there really isn't such thing as passive income. In 99,99 % of cases it is result from previous investment and thus subject to calculating discounted cash flow that shows the real value for that investment. AKA passive income is profit from some investment (often work) and to make things worse its value is strongly lessened by time as discounted cash flow shows.

Well, not that I wouldn't pursue for such income myself, but it really isn't just candy and candy when you understand it better.

In simple if someone didn't got it: you do the work now and get paid sometime in the more or less distant future, if you even get paid. That risk by not getting paid can be and usually should be included in the calculation. So, basically passive income can be compared to doing work for someone (now) and he says that he will pay you in the future; lets say bit by bit after 3 years and during 3 years. Does that sound like a good deal? How many of you guys would take such job? Well, business wise it is good deal if the money is enough good, but if you would get paid the normal amount, it isn't good deal.

Most of the affiliates I'm working with are earning passive income. They set up the killer promo tools I create for them and with the right offers for their traffic, payment is on its way. Zero hassle and worry free... till the next optimization is taking place. Nothing better than getting paid twice a month for zero hours of work.

You can have a passive income too! Contact in sig and I'll show you how.

Adding a promo tool is quick of course, but those affiliates probably work all week on their sites to maintain their traffic.
