I have a buddy who needs a couple anime designs done up for a non adult design but still hot as hell. And when in doubt who to hire, hire the best adult designers!

lots of very talented artists willing to work for low fees or even for exposure only

its not adult , but still very close HOT as anime character in a bikini type outfit so its definitely up the alley of a adult anime designer
