Cloudflare and loosing traffic question

Hey guys,
i'm using cloudflare since a week it does very good job even as free option.
i've already establish that in order to submit to TheHun i need to turn off "browser integrity check" my question to you is - do i need to setup some more options to not lost any traffic (cloudflare block threats for example but i'm not sure about it..)?
So if you're on cloudflare share some of your experience please.

I tried it for a few days then gave up. the site was slower than before and google stopped crawling it. you need to experiment with the setting and talk to the tech support who will answer you in a day or two if you use the free service.

I just use Cloudflare's DNS since it's so damn fast, I don't bother with all the other stuff. Just click on the orange clouds to turn them to gray so your traffic isn't going through Cloudflare and that sets it so you're just using their DNS.

i have it setup up (cloudflare) in wordpress in w3total cache, where exactly is this orange cloud to turn off? i would try only dns version for a day to see if it affects traffic.
