    CrakRevenue, step inside

What is the definition of a "lead" in your program?

    Thanks.

I am not sure if an answer from CrakRevenue.com would be different, but:

"A lead is a potential sales contact - an individual or organization that expresses an interest in your goods or services."

Sorry, but that's not very helpful to me.

CrakRevenue has an option of "per lead" payout and i'd like to know what exactly that is, like when do i get paid on that option.

A lead usually means a free signup with a confirmed email address.

Crak actually has many programs ( sexy.com, Slut Roulette, Free Cams Exposed, etc, etc ). The definition of a lead varies from one to another.

Basically a lead is a free profile creation while conversion is when credit card or other form of payment is used.

If you are promoting a PPL program it will show under the lead column and if you are using a PPS one the conversion column will be used.

Some PPS programs will also increment the lead column allowing you to better optimize your campaigns by blocking traffic source not sending any.

              Hey Muad,

For the most part a "lead" is whenever a registration occurs via a form. Usually an e-mail address is entered.

For our PPL (pay-per-lead) cam offers, for example, this means you will be paid the commission when a user registers with their email (and/or enters a username) and clicks the standard confirmation link sent to them to confirm that it was indeed a real email entered.

              However,

You may still see "leads" appear in your stats with a $0 payout at times.

              This might occur when...
              • You're promoting a Revshare offer
              • You're promoting a PPS offer (the user may complete some of the form for the PPS offer, but falls short in entering their credit card info). The lead is a way of showing you (and us) that there was some interest in this offer.
              • The lead is from a non-accepted GEO
