Is there an API or other way to create an affiliate program to reward viral sharing of an app?

To be clear?.is there a way for Referrer/User A to get a monetary or "points" reward for sucessfully inviting new User B, C, D, etc to download the app?

Yeah, probably need to figure out another way to reward referrals.
