I think they will fix that loophole now

They should make the lazy guards come out of the towers and away from the inmates they are watching to get their own stuff instead of having another guard use the rope and pulley system to transfer it up to them as has been done for a 100 yrs now.

From the story...seems more logical since a news crew is clearly visible.
