Not bad. I don't really like the italics on the font, though... maybe Arial would look better, bold without italics.

Funny i thought exactly the opposite, i think the italics look really nice

Top header is way to big, show some skin or something in the first 3/4 of the page to avoid that people close it right away.

Header is huge, but that may not be so bad. Could be good branding.

Personally, the shift from the dark blues and black of the top to the white of the listing was a little harsh. Maybe a grey backround or continue with the blues - in a pattern of something?

Sharp design too. Very Accessable.

I dont really like blue, black and white combinations like that.
