What is the best exit pop-up to run? Console, site, top-list?

Any recommendations for what converts in the amateur niche?

I am looking to add an exit pop-up to a specific version of my join page for my lesser quality traffic.

somebody spam me with something!

if not, I will have to use *GASP* trial and error!

I pop one of Trafficcash's picture of the day links, does better than anything else I've tried. Wouldn't exactly call it an "exit program," though.
