Epoch/CCBILL - 2015 EU VAT rules?

What's the consensus regarding the new 2015 VAT rules, did Epoch and CCBILL (US/EU) find a way around this obstacle for their clients?
I found a few threads regarding the VAT topic but didn't find any solid input from the big billing companies. :upsidedow
