I personally do not sell tweets, but I am doing some exchanging (read: retweeting each other) on twitter. It is a very good method to gain followers.

Retweeting isnt always the best method of gaining followers. Having good content and being able to engage with your followers works the best in my opinion. Plus you can get a time out if you retweet too many times in a 24 hr period.
