they have some reasons, but generally speaking - because it is always good to show people outside enemy and that way explain all government mistakes and increase its internal support...

That's just election time hoopla.. Every 4 years the righties get all fake outraged about illegals crossing the boarders. They get their base riled up with ideas of building a wall, then once election time is over it's no more wall talk for another 4 years..
