Do the bigger TGP's ban IP if you submit more than 1 gallery a day?
 

I have 2 friends that are going to be submitting galleries. They each have their own template, and their own content. They will both be submitting from computers on my home network, thus having the same IP. Are the bigger TGP's going to see this as cheating and ban them?
