PayPal has blocked account to raise funds on the report "Putin. War."

It's a bit funny because the "free" and "democratic" US payment service (PayPal) has blocked the account, while the totalitarian and non-democratic Russian one (Yandex Money) has no problem with that :winkwink:

Seriously? Paypal is not a public or government entity. It is a private business that can choose who to do business with. Another advantage of living in a democracy. I closed my Paypal account years ago; when did it become free?

I"m not sure what you are talking about.... It's a private business. The only part of that which is "free", (or should be), is that the owners are free to decide who they do, or do not, want to do business with; just like I am free to decide if I want to do business with them, or not.
