I put up really large files.... about 25GB at a time, 5-6 times a week.. download speed is mostly bullshit.... I doubt any servers are putting out 300+ Mb/s :2 cents:

I get about the same. Gotta have that nice upload speed!

a bit off topic , but i read an article covering online gaming and it did change my mind about larger internet speed/bandwidth .

You don't need a lot of bandwidth, especially 1Gbps for online gaming... Anyone saying otherwise is are complete idiot kids

The newsgroups consistently pull 30+ megabytes a second for me.

It's so fast that downloads pile up while my SSD struggles to extract heh

I should be getting faster - around 250mb/s up and down. I think I have a problem with my home network but haven't had time to look at it yet.
