TOP TIP! Planning to move to another country?
If so, don't forget to take out as much credit as possible, be it credit cards or loans (regardless of interest rates) to convert to cold hard cash to take with you.
Be sure to not tell them you intend to move, or whereabouts you are going ! WINNER!!! You're welcome :) |
In all seriousness, my brother's ex-wife played a similar game with banks about a year ago. She would open up a checking and savings account with about $50 in each of them. Then write a bunch of checks that would, of course, bounce. The account would end up overdrawn by $300-$400 and she would then move on to the next bank.
She got through three banks before her name got in the system and she was denied any further accounts. She ended up having to go to her mom who co-sighed for her at the bank where she had been banking for the last 15+ years in order for her to get a checking account. All of those banks and many of the stores are coming after her for their money. She is lucky she didn't get arrested. |

The maximum amount of us currency you can exit with or exit with US Customs is $10,000.00 cash (legally).
If you enter the USA with more than $2K undeclared you may end up on "Bench Q" waiting to have a finger stuck up your ass. [You may enjoy that and drop a poo -- then you will get deported for shitting all over the place :1orglaugh] |
Well, you just have to hide forever and taking new credit cards and loans bight be that hard. At least if you are planning to have Visas, Mastercards and so on.

I'm moving from the UK to North America in 2 weeks.
I also have access to about £15,000 worth of credit and could probably get more, cash out and fuck off. In the UK you could declare bankrupcy on the way out after sending the money abroad and you'd be able to do it all again after 6 years. Here's the kicker though, if you knowingly do this, it's considered fraud and when it's considered fraud, they can persue you abroad and get you extradited etc. Plus it won't just fall off after 6 years. So a shitty plan from the man of shit. |
If you do not have contact with the credit firm for 8 years, then under UK the debt is written off.

It stems from the fact that they deported for ten years on a certain date in 2007 - However my official paperwork was wrongly dated as in the same date but 2002 - Five tears earlier. As such I cannot prove I was deported in 2007 as I have no official record. I cant say 2002 as it wasn't true, and of course they have no record... Even if they look at the 2007 date and they 'could' find a record, the burden of proof is with me to prove I was deported on that date and my ten years is up. I cant due to their bad paperwork. Its mearly a stupid, convoluted paperwork only problem, but one with which they are a pain to deal with. I have no 'right' to return after being deported and am on the blacklist. Yes, I can possibly get lawyers involved and argue the case in 2017, but its still a pain in the ass for what would simply be a months holiday. However thats time hassle and money I dont need to be expending. Therefore it makes simple sense to me to consider myself banned for life... If I wanted to return to live, it would be worth every penny to go the legal route, but for a holiday? Nahhh... But never say never. However theres little point in me worrying about it until 2017 anyway :thumbsup |
