XP on my main comp
 

K so I finally installed XP again on my main work computer...i've always despised it cause it wouldnt let me play counter-strike...but hell fek counter-strike I have'nt played cs in ageS!

ok so it's been a couple weeks..seems like ages!

xp plays games silly, it's 2000 that had problems.

2k isn't very stable with a lot of games, hl always worked for me, but a lot of others didn't.

I don't know what your guys' problems are, but of all the games I've run on my computer, it's worked fine.

Reason being is probably because I actually turn off all the background programs that I don't use... Heh. It's hilarious watching all those n00bs' computers loaded up with programs with some 256MB of memory. :1orglaugh

Could be your vid card or ram..

have any of u run across the file appcompat.txt
its fucking up my computer.

Counter-strike ran GREAT on windows 2000, now i got a dual boot with XP and i installed counter-strike on it. I have had many problems..
