On a legal level if she didn't actually go to Harvard you would have a good point. If she did, they are merely reporting the fact that she did go to Harvard which is arguably newsworthy and undeniably true.* On a publicity level the black eye Harvard gets from a set of banner ads is nothing compared to the mess they would make by being on CNN talk shows discussing the fact that they went after a porn company because a real Harvard student is having sex on film. Are you using their mark to increase the desirability of your product? Yes.

Any first year associate could argue that you're diluting their mark.
