    If your webhost keeps on fucking up

    over and over again for the same problem and you've made 6 tickets for it. Is it right to ask for a free month each time this problem occurs?

                          do you want free month with same issues and downtime if there is any
                          or
                          you want better host without issues ?

                          what good is webhost if they cant host/serve content.

                              Seriously? I'd shut that account down and move to a real host that takes their business and their clients serious and values the relationship and respects the fact that your websites are your business.

                                  If you were hosting with us and this kept happening I would give you 6 months str8 up for the problems we occurred you. On the other hand if it wasn't due to our tech's or hardware we would try to resolve it for you if you ordered the managed shared or managed dedicated servers and then if we couldn't do it in a timely manner the the free month to 6 months would apply.

                                                  Well i think it is best for you to start looking for a new host. Having the same problem over and over again is just not normal.
