Fuck now it freezes on my desktop... I unplug and pull battery then it comes up but its froze and nothing but doing that does anything.. im on a back up laptop..

You might try restarting your computer in "safe mode" when you boot. It may (depending on the virus/malware) NOT load in that mode and you can use an tool to search and destroy it!

Boot in safe mode without networking and uninstall all tool bars man..

Cant find safe mode it isent in that part like shut down restart ect...

Fixed it god damnt.. safe mode whouldent load so i ran diagnostic scan booted then ran a couple vrus scanners and it is clean.. woop...
