I said that I could not be sure. Since statistically drugs are being used by less than 10% of population in my area I said that smart money would have 9 out of 10 of my neighbors NOT using them.

Of course it's a fucking drug, but not all drugs are equal. Not all drugs are addictive. You can overdose on some but not on others (like the active component in pot). Some are synthetic and some are natural.

No, it was not implied like that. And it would not even make sense. Neither all drugs are equally bad, nor all junkies are equally bad or equally hard.
Who would even imply that heroine junkie is the same as weed junkie? It would be ridiculous. And thinking that someone could imply that would be even more ridiculous.
