Scammer: user "coldfusion"

Short story:
1) Bought link at zwei.in
2) Link was up (with some complications)
3) The next day the link was modified to a te3-link - He promised to "fix it".
4) The next day the link was removed
5) I am not able to contact him since then (for 5 days now) - neither mail, nor ICQ. Absolutely no reply, tho his GFY-profile says he was online yesterday

Mediamix: Yes, personal info (if they are no fake) may be too much, but I cant edit it now and I already did a "Report post" to remove it, but seems like noone read it yet.

What kind of proof do you need? Screenshot of my paxum-transfer? ICQ Screenshot, where he confirms the deal?

I believe the op has a legit complaint; but not sure if it rises to scam.
The link got dropped is different than the link never went up.

Getting scammed on GFY is almost an initiation rite.

He first had to create some space for the link and tested some designs.
So the link was up and down in 3? designs until he had it finally online and I agreed to pay.

So I first thought of a mistake after it disappeared again, but since he ignored my mails + ICQ messages I started scratching my head...

Well my guess would be that he became annoyed with doing the designs.
That sounds like a lot of back and forth just to put up a link.

He didnt removed 2 other links which were placed at the same time. 2 other projects of his own. Its not just like mine was the only one.

And if he becomes annoyed, he could at least give me a refund. 250 bucks are 250 bucks.
I also already had problems with people who were sick and were just not able to reply, but as he is online at GFY the situation is clear to me.
