If this post is to imply that Bush intends to become a dictator, I've already heard it each time a conservative president takes office.

Nothing is said about the liberal presidents that fuck up the international arena by allowing two bit dictatorships to continue their arms programs in secret so they look good politically.
Also passing legislation that lowered restrictions on how fast a company can IPO. If the economy does well, then great! Take credit for it. But if the ecomonmy collapses because they took away the normal safeguards to minimize collateral economic damage then great! Blame the new guy in office.
