Looking for manual video downloader/cutter/uploader
 

Hi there,

I'm looking for a person with a really good internet download/upload speed.
Who can download video from a given source, cut it to a shorter version, make a thumbnail without watermark (most of the time it's easy and you take it of gallery, cover or smth like that, but sometimes you need to make it from the video, to remove watermark you should use photoshop) and upload to my website.

Video sizes varies, but they are huge, sometimes even 2 GB per one video file.

Thumbnail must be nice, attractive and must tell about the video (representative thumb).

Workload: You'd need to do up to 300 videos a month, so that's 10 videos a day on average.
