in California the actors are registered with AIM and present test papers proving that they're disease free. Two people doing a scene together show each others the papers, then show them to the producer, who verifies the papers are less than a month old.

No papers, no penetration.

BTW I did a shoot yesterday and will be adding the first 3 video/photo sets to http://www.cocktarts.com within a week or so.
