Can someone tell me wich cam company offers the best affiliate program as revenue, program that allows you to promote cams and they give you a pre-built website that can be customized?

Does it worth starting a website like that? Promoting cams, as a reseller? I imagine there are thousands of websites doing that. Does it really get a revenue, even with traffic? Or it needs a hell of amount of traffic?
