I just don't drink it. I do eat cheese and some dairy products from time to time, but I can't remember the last time I actually bought milk.

the ONLY thing in milk that is bad is that it has 10-13g of sugar (lactose) per glass... that will make anyone overweight... i know from past experience hehe

not agree.my grandma told me if you mean some food is bad trow it to the cats if they eat it than its good.They have very specif feeling about food and they drink milk as well
