When I read your post, I was thinking that I've never heard of a monster truck driver dying during an event. I imagine the safety equipment built into those trucks is top notch that death even in an overturned truck is highly unlikely. It's not like they're going high speeds like NASCAR.

I did a quick search for deaths at monster truck shows, and it looks like the safest place to be is driving the truck. Most deaths have been audience or crew members hit by debris or the truck.

Some parents prefer not to bubble-wrap their kids and let them experience the fun in life.

Other parents fail to teach their kids the difference between 'there' and 'their'.
