Paxum question re: corporate account
If I have a corporate account with Paxum, for making affiliate payouts, can I receive payouts in the main account, or do I need to set up a personal account with a debit card to do that?

You can use your corporate account to receive payments as well. There are no fees to receive payments to your account from other Paxum users.
You can also request a Paxum card for your corporate account if you wish one. Don't forget, if you process with Epoch or Segpay, both companies offer payouts direct to your Paxum account. Let me know if you have any other questions, or if you need any assistance! :thumbsup |
Thanks Ruth, you are awesome! A responsive rep like you makes all the difference!
BTW, when I tried to update my Credit Card with you guys, I was told to contact support cause they couldn't do it, I am not sure if that's cause the system detected it's the same card # as the old one (expired card) or if it's because you guys aren't really doing that now, I recall the 3rd party handling that was not functioning for awhile. Either way no biggie, I figured out how to fund my account using a wire and it was shockingly quick despite the scary disclaimer about allowing x amount of business days to process wires. Just thought if it was an easy fix why not get that set up, right? Edit: I am referring to the credit card used to fund the account, not the card you guys issue. |
I'm afraid adding funds by external credit card is still unavailable at the moment. We hope to have it as an available option again soon, but for the time being, wire is likely your best option to add funds to your account. :)
