Average revenue per site is around $30/month to $50/month, with a little more time and few backlinks, they have potential to make $100+

I am asking for 15 months of revenue

Are these hostedtube sites?

If so, I wouldn't pay more than 4 times montly revenue as they aren't real sites just white labels and they will never rank for anything decent due to the duplicate content. 15x monhtly revenue is a joke in this biz, you won't get that even for top quality sites with SE traffic and unique content.

15 months for a tube site is pretty absurd. Lucky to get 5 IMO

I think 6-8 months revenue is average on here.

Hosted tube sites from pimproll hostedtube network.... no real content using 3rd party stuff...

Usually when selling a site, standards go by 12 months revenue + other factors. If it's a hosted tube it isn't worth that though.
