I honestly am not exactly sure what I am looking for. I know I want cartoons of some sorts. I of course need a license. It is for a header for my next new site which is going to be a submissive / bondage / spanking etc type site. So if you have any licensed cartoons that would fit that I guess email me some samples please with prices.
