Need help on UK dating sites

I am looking for help to improve traffic and business of a few dating sites in UK. Basically working on driving more traffic and improve the operation of the sites.

I am more about co-op or partner relation on revenue shared basis, but open to any suggestions.

I am working on other projects also and need someone help me to promote the sites. I don't have time to do that myself for the moment.
