It may be MechBunny, just with the sidebar removed. It's an easy customization

Mech Bunny has /admin/index.php, but I guess this could have been changed too.

Unless the script is able to translate parts of the html into spanish( because of my IP ), then this is a custom job I think written in spanish or at least partly.

looks custom to me,

many sites buy unencoded scripts like mechbunny and do major modifications.

so its hard to know.
