How much does it costs to convert a design (on paper) to CSS/HTML?

Hi!

Approximately how much will cost a one page design which is drawn on a paper to convert to html/css?

Thanks!

It's just CSS/HTML, with no actual design involved? No PSDs?
It all depends.
As low as $200, but then again, it all depends on the depth of the design, etc.

Clarify - the designer would need to "repaint" it in psd and then convert? I mean it is more work than converting from PSD? Or the design is so simple that there is no need to "repaint"?

Contact me if you have the exact design to show, and I would say as low as $75 at my chop shop :) Of course I have no idea how complex it is.
