Why does wp put this guff at the end of posts?

I find when I make a post it now ends with this rubbish: /#sthash.YNFMIjKT.dpbs

What is the point of this?

It's like a password script, so many different pages, codes & images.

That is from your sharethis plugin.

Copy and paste option, you can disable it.
