These are two great new themes that are easy to work with.

Iv had Quocthien themes bookmarked for a while and decided to try them out on friday. Pretty much echoing what armysmoke said in a previous post. Themes and plugin are very easy to work with and im certainly no expert at building sites but you can easily have a fully running tube in a couple of hours. Quochthien is one of the good guys from here, even helping me there with something i was confused about. On a sunday !. Top stuff

I like the vidmad because it has good positions for the ads, but im not sure if the description can be shown below the video?

Does it have all the last features of the newer themes?

One more question: is there an importer for all the tubes together? or do i need to buy each one of them separately?

My themes have all features together, just difference the looking :)

One more question before i can decide: the different widgets for adspace. Are they all on the same spots for the different themes? For example i would like a right sidebar on the index, a bannerspot just below the video etc. Would these spots be all in the same places? Or can i easily adjust them?

That places I did it widget-ready. There are widgets and you can easily add text-widget to show ads and add any widget you want below it. I only use adspace for the top-middle place and footer ads place.

So i bought the xhottube one, but i do have some questions. Im posting them here, because they might help others too.

1. Whats the best way to add single videos (handpicked so without the importer). I tried adding the "video_code" custom field, but whatever i put in that field it doesnt show a video in the post.

2. When i embed the code in the default post field, and check the post live, it shows an input box on the frontend just below the video. You can even type in it. Not sure what that is or how to get rid of it.

3. Below the footer, when the theme is just installed, there is a histats counter button. Is there a way to get rid of that without hardcoding it out?

4. As i asked before, i want to show a description of the video (not just the title) below the thumb on the general index, AND below the video itself. How do i do this?

I do not think anyone else has these problems because others most likely purchase a plugin to pull videos.

I suggest you get an importer.

1. The version you download is the new version I've just update, from now, my new theme will have "embed_code" as custom field for embed code, this is my mistake, I will re-write the documentation include the package.

4. Do you mean the excerpt or a custom field? Just tell me and I will send you a custome theme for that. Default, you can add your description into post content and it will show below the player in single page.

Edit: Gonna buy one of the importers anyway, but since im doing specific niches and one tube has more of them then the other, its hard to figure out from which one i want to import :)

- Putting embed code to custom field the video player will good looking when display in single video page.
- I removed the histats code.
- And I added excerpt below each video in your site already. :)
