New type of site: TGP that pays you to submit galleries
 

Rules

1) You must be able to prove ownership of content along with 2257 link/info.

2) Pics/Movies must be of high quality. At least 16 per gallery for photo galleries. At least 8 movie clips for movie galleries.

3) You submit the html of the gallery. All links must work for at least 30 days after acceptance.

4) starting with about 10 niches

Payout:

You get all clicks

25 cents per accepted gallery

Traffic is NOT from TGP but 1) niche opt in 2) constantly scrubbed 3) credit card verified users

Cheat and you get nuked along with being put on a publicly listed domain black list.

Stupid idea. Seriously, 25 cents per gallery, is that what gallery submitters have sunk too? How long is it going to take for that too add up? Also, I can't see your business plan being profitable, I mean why pay for submissions anyway? The easiest thing about starting a TGP is getting submitters, worry about the surfers. :2 cents:

Well it sounds interesting. Assuming that I can use the same galleries I already submit (with sponsors and such) then I'm willing to give it a shot.

You can use the same galleries with other TGPs it doesn't matter as long as the gallery submitted to us meets the requirements above.

2) blocks on submission script to weed out abusive submitters

From what I understand, he's building a TGP like site. EXCEPT, EVERY surfer has a credit card and is willing to use it. Maybe this is going inside an AVS or even a paysite. The site will probably revolve around these high quality galleries, updated daily. As a surfer, it actually sounds like a decent deal. As a gallery maker, it sounds great. Only high quality traffic, with CCs will be clicking through to my gallery.

Plus, $.25 per gallery to boot. Maybe you'll make $30 flat from listings monthly, plus each and every sale you make.

There are many levels to free. :)

Right now you get zip for submitting galleries. He wants to pay a quarter for each one so long as you follow his rules. So now you get 25 cents and you still get gallery traffic that is pre-qualified to boot. Where exactly did you miss this?

Exactly -- Win Win Win

1) Submitter wins -- gets filtered traffic with proven history of paying for porn. Plus gets paid accepted submission fee.

2) Surfer wins -- gets high quality porn they want. updated frequently

3) System wins -- (Secret ;))

If the traffic is already pre-filtered and qualified, you won't need to pay people to submit.

Or you shouldn't. Gallery makers should be happy to get listd in a place that has nothing but cc using surfers.

I also forgot to mention in the "Win" analysis for submitters.

Another way you win is there's less BW usage for you due to your submission to my system since my traffic uses low BW cuz we filter the hell out of users--leeches are filtered out, "non productive" members are filtered out, plus other tricks up the system's sleeve.

The gallery makers obviously need some kind of bribe because they aren't seeing the great advantages of this opportunity. This thread has sheer proof of that.

How about this... to sweeten the deal and get the accounts of CONSISTENTLY high quality submitters, we will also offer you a

database driven profile of HOW users click on your galleries, what the CTR rate is, focus group/poll info on how effective your galleries are, marketing analysis on how to improve your CTR [layout, colors, photo arrangement, model comments, etc ]

Will this work? Is this necessary ie., would you find this useful?

G Sharp, if you have all pre qualified surfers, don't bother with the 25 cents/listing. Each listing should already bring in good money for the submitter. Trust me, you'll have peope lined up to submit to a TGP behind an AVS. Keep the 25 cents for yourself. :winkwink:

I really don't think that payment is necessary. I have 100K+ galleries in my TGP now, about 1/2 are what I'd consider to be really good quality, and there's no reason to pay gallery makers. The better the galleries, the more they make from the sponsorships inside of 'em. Good quantity traffic + good quality traffic = $$, so I don't know why you'd have to pay for galleries. Hell, gallery makers usually pay to get listed with the big boys because of the opportunity there.

You're talking QUANTITY submitters.. I am interested in QUALITY plus CONSISTENT submitters. Moreover, use the system as a marketing research platform for submitters so they can improve their gallery performance to the TPGs they submit to.

I spoke with an attorney regarding this, there is a legal agreement that submitters have to comply with. Also, posting is not your regular TGP--enter a URL and you get listed. No... it actually entails entering your actual gallery code.

Not yet, we're still fleshing out the submitter concerns to this project.

How much galleries do I need to submit per month... then on that number, how many will he publish on his TGP... X $0.25 = what? $10 per month (for 40 listings which is very high)!?

So the question was... will someone really submit there because of the $0.25 incentive?

There's extra effort needed because the way the galleries are to be submitted to the system. Plus, focus is on QUALITY gallery providers.

As allready explained, you can make MUCH more then$10 because you can still advertise your site and his traffic should convert much better then regular traffic.

After reading through your comments and also looking at my notes, its a very high possibility that REALLY GOOD [based on CTR ratio, reliability, and user reviews] gallery providers will get their payouts increased from .25 per gallery to as high as $1 per gallery. System income increases as the quality of the content increases so you should share in this as well.

Still gathering info, please post all your concerns. Be as negative as you want just provide reasons and factual examples.

This might be the next Microsoft, I want stock options instead of the $0.25
