Okay, having purchased several win32 applications from adult software developers I've come to the conclusion that most of you don't give a fuck about functionality and never debug your fucking code. When you release a product try your goddamn hardest to debug it on at least two different versions of windows and make sure you check for basic string errors!

I buy adult software even though I am a programmer because I don't want to fucking deal with debugging and support. I want it to work and I want it to do what you say it does cock suckers.

Having seen a few shit avs tools, submission helpers, and free site builders it seems all you're trying to do is put out as much crap software as humanly possible with the highest pricetag and useless feature list.

Providing Customer Support

I didn't pay you because you're a nice guy, or have a great company logo assholes. I paid you because you promised me an quicker way to do a task I do by hand. When I have to constantly ICQ and email you about simple shit errors it turns a one hour task when done by hand into a three hour task done with your program. Customer support means more business, future business from myself and other people I refer.

Feature Listing

The real objective isn't including a system clock for three time zones if you're making a hub maker, it's building hub pages!! Spend a little less time on making worthless fuck-off features just to make the list of shit your application does long. I want stability and above all I want it to be functional.

The Application Interface

A good interface doesn't need animated gradient buttons that fade when clicked, it needs to be EASILY UNDERSTOOD. Your programs are meant to speed up whatever I have to do by hand NOT send me into epileptic seizures with their fantastic colored animations.

My Request

Rather then go through the list of shit companies out there, can anyone honestly recommend a company or product which makes quality applications (meaning they put more then 10 hours into the build) and provides good support. This is a general request for ALL types of software and ALL pricetags.
