But it is clearly misleading. For example the image shows 2.com while it is not. It is not "not hiding" it is defrauding for sure.

It's a shame you can't contact the bidders to warn them. Although it is pretty much their own fault since all you had to do was look at the guy's feedback to see he has already pulled this cam a couple times.

He scammed a couple people for $500 and $700 already.

Depends on how he handled it and what the buyer's did. Maybe he just refunded their money without putting up a fight.
